Outdoor camp for relatives collab with Ung Cancer and the Swedish tourist association
Ung Cancer organizes a long weekend for you as a relative, together with the Swedish Tourist Association – STF, in collaboration with OACCUs. The camp is held in a wonderful environment at STF's farm hotel and hostel Undersvik in Hälsingland.
The camp weekend focuses on psychological rehabilitation and conversational support both through individual activities and in groups. The participants will learn new tools and strategies that can help them in their lives as relatives of someone with cancer.
The participants will also have the chance to meet other young adult relatives with similar experiences. Much of the weekend will be spent outdoors with simpler outdoor activities and hiking together with STF's leaders who will be on site.
Activities aimed at socializing will also be part of the program as well as a presentation of OACCUs network.
