For Young Cancer Survivors (YCS) and Their Support Networks: As an ambassador, you'll learn about the Four Pillars of a Healthy Lifestyle, including Physical Activity & Outdoor Sport, Balanced Nutrition, Sustainability & Nature, and Physical & Mental Wellbeing. You'll also explore Injury Prevention and Safe Exercise Practices, as well as Navigating Healthcare Services. Your insights and presence during this pilot workshop are crucial to our mission.
