The four pillars of our approach to a healthy lifestyle:
Pillar 1:
Physical Activity & Outdoor Sports
Pillar 2: Balanced Nutrition
Pillar 3: Sustainability & Nature
Pillar 4: Physical & Mental Well-Being
are more than just guidelines, they are the corner stones of our network - today and in the future.

Event Highlights:
  • Presentation of key results and scientific findings in easy-to-understand English.
  • Live streaming from the project countries.
  • Introduction of the educational materials and the project toolbox.
  • Exciting interviews with young cancer survivors and professionals working with Young Cancer Survivors.
